Peach & Cream is a Montréal-based wellness brand launched in 2023 with a simple idea: intimate care should feel like any other part of self-care. Built around the philosophy of “intimacy and wellness, without complexes,” the brand brings personal lubricants, intimate skincare, and personal devices into a category that has often felt clinical, dated, or unnecessarily awkward.
Created to fill a gap in modern personal care, Peach & Cream takes a warmer, more inclusive approach to intimate wellness. Its products are designed to sit comfortably alongside skincare and body care, rather than being hidden away. Even its signature orange packaging reflects this philosophy, bringing a sense of warmth and ease to a category that has traditionally been surrounded by embarrassment.
Expertise is also central to the brand. Its formulas are developed by two women with professional experience in the field, while everything is made in Canada apart from its silicone devices. Lips, the brand’s best-selling vulva balm, reflects the wider belief that everyday intimate needs deserve the same attention as the rest of our well-being.
In this conversation, Peach & Cream explores why intimate care still needs greater visibility, the importance of education, and how changing the way these products look, feel, and are discussed could help make intimate wellness a more natural part of everyday life.

The Need for Something Better
Peach & Cream was created around the idea of “intimacy and wellness, without complexes.” What felt missing from intimate care, and what did you want to do differently?
When I looked at what was out there, everything was either super clinical, cold, and white, almost pharmaceutical, or it looked cheap and stuck in the past. Nothing felt premium, like the cosmetic brands we love today. You know the face cream you’re happy to leave out on the bathroom counter because it looks good there? That’s what I wanted for intimate care.
And “without complexes” also means inclusive. Whatever your gender, your size, or your body, I want you to feel at ease with it. That’s why we went with orange. To me, it’s a warm color that welcomes everybody.

Breaking the Taboo Around Intimate Care
You believe intimate care should be treated like any other part of self-care. Why is this shift important, and what do you think people still misunderstand about intimate wellness?
There’s still very little education around it and a kind of constant awkwardness. When intimate care does get talked about, it’s usually sexualised, and that’s exactly what we didn’t want. We wanted it to be accessible.
Take Lips, our vulva balm. Most people have never heard of a product like that. Yet we all know a friend who uses coconut oil when she’s dealing with dryness. These needs got overlooked, but they’re just as natural as any other part of a daily routine.

The Care Behind the Product
Your products are developed with professional expertise, and Lips, your vulva balm, has become a bestseller. What goes into creating intimate care that is both effective and genuinely enjoyable to use?
It started with conversations with people around me, and I noticed there was a real gap. So I took my ideas to two women who are professionals in natural, feminine care products. They loved them, and that’s how it began. We actually started with soaps, which we don’t sell anymore. Then came the balm, and the demand pushed us to grow into a full intimate care line.
I didn’t have the knowledge to develop these products myself, so I’ve learned a lot working with qualified people. The goal never changed: make something as natural and as good for the body as possible. More and more people realize that what we put on our skin matters for our overall health.

Wellness on the Shelf
From the warm orange packaging to the focus on making intimate care feel welcoming, aesthetics are clearly part of Peach & Cream. Why was it important to make these products feel as natural on the shelf as skincare or body care?
To me, where a product sits on the shelf changes how people feel about it. If intimate care is tucked away in a back corner, people treat it like something to hide. I wanted a line that could sit on a shelf at Sephora, right next to the skincare.
Taking care of yourself is elegant, and it’s something we should all do. I’d love for someone to pick up Lips the same way they’d pick up a nice face cream as a little gift to themselves.

The Future of Intimate Wellness
If Peach & Cream could change one thing about the way we talk about intimate care, what would you want that change to be?
We all know research on women’s intimate health is way behind, and there’s still a huge gap there. I do a lot of events, and so many people come up to me with questions. They’ve never heard of a product like ours, and they feel they have very few options or resources.
What I hope is that this becomes normal, something people know about and talk about openly. And I hope it pushes other brands to take it seriously too. Mostly, I want people to have real choices and never feel weird about what their body needs.

Editor Note
What makes Peach & Cream interesting is that its approach to intimate wellness feels less about selling a product and more about changing the atmosphere around the category itself. There is something significant in taking products that have traditionally been hidden, clinical, or heavily sexualised and giving them the same thoughtful treatment we expect from modern skincare and wellness.
Intimate care is becoming less about embarrassment and more about education, choice, and everyday well-being. That change may seem subtle, but it challenges years of discomfort around discussing what our bodies actually need.
For me, that is where Peach & Cream feels most relevant. It is not simply making intimate care more beautiful; it is helping make the conversation around it more natural.
Because better intimate care begins when there is nothing left to feel ashamed of.
